Responsibilities
* Lead a team and provide strong support to the Head Chef
* Provide training to chefs
* Assist with compiling menus
* Maintain strong HACCP and Health & Safety standards
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and be aware of cost control and wastage
* Ensure a productive team atmosphere and flexible working hours
* Take full control of the kitchen and team in the absence of the Head Chef
* Oversee ordering and deliveries for smooth operation
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role
* Ability to lead a team
* Strong HACCP and Health & Safety knowledge
* Flexible in working hours
* Positive attitude and outlook
* Knowledge of kitchen day-to-day operations
