Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings for structural and architectural steelwork.Lead coordination and design discussions with clients, engineers, architects, and consultants.Represent the company in BIM coordination meetings with other trades.Review, interpret, and interrogate architectural and engineering drawings.Work closely with production and site teams to resolve technical and fabrication issues.Manage multiple detailing packages simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Contribute to continuous improvement within the design and detailing process.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in steelwork detailing.Proficiency in Advance Steel, Tekla Structures, or similar 3D detailing software.Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection methods, and project workflows.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience in BIM coordination and large-scale projects (e.g., data centres) is an advantage.
