An excellent opportunity has arisen within the company for a sample preparation position,
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* To undertake routine preparation and analysis of samples.
* Perform the preparation of production & geological samples in accordance with SOPs.
* To assist with the management of laboratory equipment e.g. monitoring, recording, calibration and maintenance.
* To undertake any other sample preparation and analysis work assigned to them.
* To keep up to date with changes in technology.
* To attend training and development courses as required.
* Develop new & existing documentation & risk assessments.
* To participate in safety, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
* To calculate and report results in a timely manner.
* To record results obtained in LIMS.
Experience and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a relevant third level education or equivalent technical qualification. Previous experience in a technical role would be advantageous.

Additional Info:
* This role will be regular hours 7:30-16:00 Monday to Friday with possibility to adapt working hours in line with business needs
