Tool Force is seeking an Office & Finance Administrator to join our team in our Head Office in Ballybofey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations with strong organisational skills.
* Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks and accounts package.
* Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
* Adapt to the changing needs of the organisation by being flexible and problem solving
* Assist with administrative support for finance-related tasks, including the operations of the accounts package, Xero or similar accounts package.
* Assist with the preparation of Company returns such as VIES/ Intrastat
* Monthly Account reconciliation.
* General Office Duties including Customs Clearance.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in an office-based administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,).
* Familiarity with computerised accounts packages (Xero experience is advantage).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed with precision.
* A Knowledge of Customs clearance operations would be an advance but training will be provided.
