Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality customer service, maximizing profitability through effective resource management, and implementing long- and short-term strategies.
Key Responsibilities include:
* To offer an efficient and friendly service, adhering to company guidelines.
* To ensure customers are served as efficiently as possible by assisting the manager to plan for busy periods and meeting customer arrival patterns.
