Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented individual to assist the brand leader in managing and motivating their team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

This role involves fostering a community of customers in your area, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of excellent in-store and online service, oversee and support stylist team members responding to first-line customer inquiries via our online system, and ensure the store's operations meet financial and business objectives.

The key responsibilities include time management, resilience, multitasking, and leadership in team development, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Equipping and incentivising your team with product knowledge, brand strategies, and updates to deliver inspiring customer experiences.
* Supporting team development, recognising achievements, and identifying improvement areas.
* Planning and executing monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales.
* Using reporting tools to monitor daily store performance, maximise trade opportunities, and address risks proactively.
* Leading and supporting stylist team members with customer queries via various online channels.
* Maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases team achievements and pride.
* Managing employee-related matters in collaboration with your brand leader to resolve issues promptly.

* A passion for fashion and being an enthusiastic ambassador for the brand.
* Strong relationship management skills, creating inviting environments for team and customers, with the ability to influence partners.

* Solid business acumen, proficient with reporting technologies, and a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
* Quick learner of new systems and processes in a digital environment.
* Honest, trustworthy, and aligned with the brand values.
* A caring protector of the brand, prioritising customer satisfaction, profit margins, product quality, and health and safety.
* A positive, inspiring coach eager to develop team potential and foster appreciation.
