This is a new permanent role for additional Business Analysts to join their fast-paced, Agile Product team.Northern IrelandResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems.Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences.Break down complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes that align with product goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver roadmap objectives.Qualifications2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in a software development environment.User persona and journey mapping with visualisation tools such as Miro or Mural.Experience using Jira and ConfluenceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Demonstrated experience in Agile deliveryDesirable CriteriaExperience in the Financial Services sectorHow to applyIf you would like additional information on this opportunity please contact Stephen Ingram directly onContact: 028 90 997720Email : stephen.ingram@exactitresources.com
