Role based at Cork Airport, Ireland.
We operate a fleet of Cessna 172, Diamond DA40, Diamond DA42, Vulcanair P68 & Slingsby aircraft to train cadets.
Base pay range
This range is provided by Atlantic Flight Training Academy.

Responsibilities
Perform and certify maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on piston-engine aircraft in accordance with Part-CAO requirements.
Monitor mechanics and apprentice colleagues and certify their work/tasks as required.
Complete administrative duties, workpacks, reports and paperwork associated with Part-CAO requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain workflow by liaising with the Chief Engineer and Flight Ops as required.
Provide support to the Chief Engineer to lead the full maintenance team by example.
Deputise for the Chief Engineer as required.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Unrestricted EASA Part-66 Category B1.2 Licence.
Light Aircraft maintenance experience essential, ideally with Diamond DA40 / DA42 and / or Cessna 172 experience.
Ability to hold airport restricted zone access.
Understanding of EASA and IAA Part ML and Part CAO regulations.
Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Software Programs.
Fluent English speaker, both spoken and written.
Highly organised and able to prioritise work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines.
Responsible, proactive and flexible approach.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge positive working relationships.
Ad hoc travel within the EU and UK required.
Flexibility to complete tasks outside of normal working hours to ensure program deadlines are met.
Employment Type: Full-time permanent employee, 40 hours per week, rostered over the 7 days of the week.

Starting Salary: €55,000 per annum.
