Behavioural Specialist Position
We are seeking a Behavioural Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, behaviours of concern, and complex needs.

1. To conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments and develop appropriate interventions and positive behavioural supports.
2. To monitor and evaluate positive behavioural support plans, work with other staff in preparation for multi-disciplinary reviews, attend and contribute to appropriate multi-disciplinary meetings.
3. To work within limits of professional competence in line with principles of best practice, professional codes of conduct, and clinical governance. Develop deliver appropriate staff training in positive behaviour And be informed on advances by continuing proffesional development
