The Presales Engineer Europe and Africa will be part of a global team, responsible for creating technical solution description documents, proposals, and scope of work.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Technical and commercial support to sales initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities
* Product introduction, demonstration, and presentation
* Solution engineering – understanding customer needs and creating upsells and new opportunities
* RFX overall responsibility – providing full responses, writing solution sections, ensuring coherence and suitability
* Sales management of trials and PoCs – defining scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, milestones
About the Role
This role requires a dynamic individual with business acumen and motivation, excellent presentation skills, and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be willing to travel extensively.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* BSc in a Technical area
* 3-5 years of experience in a presale position in the Mobile Telecom industry
* Proven experience leading RFPs
* Experience working for a SW product company
* Telecom network background is essential
* Mobile data & IP-Knowledge and deep Telecommunication knowledge
* Fluent written and spoken English, Spanish highly desirable
