Academic Position in Manufacturing Engineering
MTU is seeking an experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer in Manufacturing Engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance arrangements, supervising post-graduate students, providing academic support to students, and participating in departmental activities.
Applicants should note that eligibility to compete for posts is open to citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA) or non-EEA nationals with a valid work permit.
Requirements:
* Honours primary degree (second class or higher) in an Engineering related discipline
* Three years relevant post qualification experience in the manufacturing sector
* Significant experience in programme design and development with industry, working on collaborative projects, lean six sigma industrial process, leadership capacity, and Continuing Professional Development
Post-graduate qualifications such as Masters or PhD are also beneficial.
A short presentation on "The development of industrial and Manufacturing Engineering engagement opportunities in MTU over the next 5 years" is also required.
