Junior Sales Executive – Windsor MotorMall Galway
Job Purpose
We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our team at Windsor MotorMall Galway. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll support the sales process, assist customers, and grow your skills in a dynamic dealership environment during a 12 month training programme. You'll report directly to the General Manager.
About the Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll learn from experienced colleagues while building your own customer base. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience—from first contact through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers and understand their needs
* Assist in valuing and presenting used cars
* Stay up to date on vehicle models, features, and pricing
* Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
* Use our customer database to follow up and prospect
* Learn about the finance process and documentation
* Prepare handover paperwork to a high standard
* Follow all internal procedures and best practices

Additional Info
* 39-hour work week (9am–6pm, with weekend work as needed)
* Schedule may vary depending on season and peak sales periods
