Reservationist Job Description


We are seeking a professional and courteous Reservationist to join our team in assisting with the overall sales of the collection through penetration of the corporate and leisure marketplace.




Key Responsibilities:



1. To manage all aspects of the customer's stay from dealing with enquiry to departure in a timely manner

2. To assist the Area General Manager and Reservation Manager where required

3. To have total product knowledge of all hotel services and facilities

4. To action all enquiries taken by telephone promptly while maintaining high standard customer service

5. To assist Reservations Manager in developing and maximising bedroom sales
