Accountant Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Kinsale, Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple jobs and ensuring the timely delivery of key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and review of VAT, PAYE, income tax & corporation tax returns.
* Liaising with clients on queries relating to Revenue requirements, Companies Registration Office (CRO) filings, and Irish GAAP/FRS 102/FRS 105.
* Preparation and review of financial statements.
* Compliance with Irish tax legislation, filing deadlines, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Resident of Ireland with 2-3 years experience in Irish Accounting practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with clients.
* Self-motivation and capability of working on own initiative.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Committed to obtaining a professional qualification.
* Natural team player with ability to work closely in a team environment.
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks and focus on meeting deadlines.
