Scope: Fully EmployedModel: Fully OnsiteLocation: DublinIndustry: B2B SaaSResponsibilities:Own the content strategy and deliverables for your designated product focusCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to craft clear, concise microcopy that supports user flowsReview user experiences and provide feedback to improve UI/UX designWrite Help Center articles including how-to's, tutorials, and best practicesCreate in‑product assistance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and contextual helpTrack feedback channels to identify user needs, evaluate content performance, and shape prioritiesStay current on industry trends and apply new approaches for a global audienceImplement a Chameleon writing style - a proven ability to modify ones tone and voice to match the customer and use caseAbility to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholdersJob requirements5+ years of experience in microcopy/UX/content writing and Help center contentWorking experience producing user documentation, including guides, tutorials, and best‑practice articles according to team standardsMother Tongue EnglishPlease note: Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not possible for this role.
