What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing the daily operations of the practice, including staff scheduling, stock management, and office administration.
* Supporting, motivating, and developing the team.
* Handling finances, reporting, and liaising with the central operations team.
* Assisting with recruitment, HR, and staff development.
* Building strong client relationships and supporting the practice’s reputation.
* Engaging in business development and practice growth initiatives.

About You
* Experienced in management or leadership, preferably in a service‑based, customer‑focused environment.
* Friendly, fair, and approachable with strong communication skills.
* Organised, proactive, and ready to support the team.
* Positive and resilient, able to handle challenges with a calm, can‑do attitude.
If you have experience in veterinary, business, or practice management, that’s a plus – what’s most important is your proven ability to lead, support, and motivate a team.
