We are a growing healthcare company specializing in private blood testing services across Ireland. Our mission is to make high-quality blood testing accessible and convenient for our clients without the need for a GP referral. We operate within established healthcare settings, such as physiotherapy clinics and pharmacies, to provide a seamless and professional experience.
We pride ourselves on flexibility, professionalism and delivering a high-quality patient experience. As we continue to grow, we're looking for one or two phlebotomists to join our team in the Dublin, Kildare, and Meath areas.
About the Role:
This role involves performing venipuncture, handling samples, and supporting our clinical operations across multiple locations. You'll need to work both independently and as part of a remote-support team. Some early morning starts are required (as early as 7:15 AM in certain clinics).
We are looking for a qualified phlebotomist with at least 2 years of experience to provide professional and compassionate care to our clients. There is a mix of both part-time and full time roles available so please indicate which you would prefer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform venepuncture and collect blood samples efficiently and safely.
* Ensure accurate labelling, handling and storage of specimens.
* Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety.
* Provide a friendly, professional and reassuring experience for clients.
* Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals at partner locations.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Must-Have Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist.
* Certified phlebotomist with relevant training and experience.
* Excellent venepuncture skills and knowledge of sample handling.
* Ability to travel within Dublin, Kildare and Meath (own transport necessary).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Reliable, professional and committed to patient care.
* Willing to work early mornings where required.
* Competence with basic computer tools (Gmail, Google Docs, etc) and our own CRM.

* Competitive salary: €17.00 – €21.00 per hour (DOE)
