As an experienced aviation asset negotiator, you will play a key role in the company's sales, trading, technical and financing activities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing documentation related to aviation assets. This includes reviewing initial letters of intent, negotiating and executing definitive transaction documents.
You will also manage deal teams to support the company's activities and identify legal issues that require resolution. In addition, you will negotiate and manage lease agreements for various aircraft-related services.
