Castleknock Golf Club is currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team at The VUE Restaurant, which operates from Wednesday to Sunday.
We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time F&B Supervisor to work at Castleknock Golf Club, Porterstown Rd, Diswellstown, Dublin 15.
Working Hours
Full-Time: Wednesday to Sunday.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Training and supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly.
Monitoring employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met.
Maintaining sanitation standards on the premises by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness.
Welcoming members to the restaurant, providing menus, and taking food & drink orders.
Cleaning up tables after members leave to ensure a quick turnaround for new members or customers.
Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and suggesting options based on customer preferences.
Assisting the F&B Manager in additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Supporting stock management, ensuring the bar and restaurant are well-stocked at all times.
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed, including food handling and storage procedures.
Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as an F&B Assistant, with a desire to take on more responsibility.
A strong focus on customer service, ensuring that every guest has a great experience.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to impress and exceed expectations.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic setting.
Excellent command of the English language.
Fully HACCP trained (advantageous).
A ‘Yes I Can’ attitude with a proactive and positive approach.
Experience working behind the bar is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
