Job DescriptionJob PurposeThe Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the Pricing & Analytics (P&A) suite of propositions within the territory. The candidate will work to maintain an aggressive and balanced new business sales effort with each client and prospect. The successful candidate should have a "hunter" profile with experience in opening new business within existing and new accounts in the vendor space. The focus will be on expanding business within the territory—both with existing and new accounts—by deploying targeted sales strategies, building pipelines, and cross-selling between the existing business lines of the P&A offering.ResponsibilitiesA vacancy exists for a Sales Executive to join the Pricing & Analytics (P&A) sales organization. The primary role is to drive sales and client growth for P&A propositions in the respective territory.Key responsibilities include:This position will be based in Dublin or London, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities in Ireland.Meeting or exceeding monthly new business targets and generating new customer leads through cold approaches, social selling, and coordinated campaign outreach.Employing a solution-based sales methodology to align IDS solutions and product capabilities with prospect requirements.Pipeline Management: Providing timely and accurate insights into your pipeline to ensure accurate forecasts.Originate new sales in the assigned territory to meet sales quotas and revenue targets for Pricing & Analytics solutions.Use appropriate techniques to build and manage a pipeline of new business targets and navigate complex sales cycles.Develop relevant client and industry relationships to increase awareness and position of Pricing & Analytics and ICE Data Services to drive growth.Collaborate with the wider Pricing & Analytics organization to maximize existing customer relationships, retention, and growth opportunities.Contribute to the EMEA growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the territory, including market trends and the competitive landscape.Manage forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.Knowledge and ExperienceProven success in quota-bearing roles, including executing complex sales and negotiations, demonstrating the ability to hunt within the sales territory and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in market data, business, technology, and product management.Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a drive to contribute to individual and team results.Experience working in a high-achieving sales environment within the same industry.Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of selling high-value, complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders.Experience selling financial information services (Data, Front-to-Back Office Solutions, etc.).Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings or industry conferences, subject to restrictions.Established contacts within appropriate institutions.Experience coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.Strong IT skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
