Communications Strategist
This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in communications, marketing, and program management. The successful candidate will lead internal and external communications efforts, manage projects aligned to business objectives, and provide clear, strategic, and prioritized communication to employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web, digital, and social media platforms, as well as experience in event management and production. They will be able to form mutually beneficial partnerships across a diverse and global network, communicate effectively with all constituents, and deliver urgent and business-critical communications in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include partnering with leaders and HR team to develop annual internal communications plan and strategy, fostering and maintaining effective relationships with business leaders, writing and communicating key documents to various audiences, and planning, producing, and overseeing the launch of various communication projects.
The Communications Strategist will also champion brand and communication standards, empower employees to utilize the same communications and branding guidelines, and regularly evaluate and provide reporting of communications tactics using data collection platforms and partner feedback.
