About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers via warm and cold outreach. You will promote our specialist recruitment services and secure client partnerships through negotiation and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:

* Promote our specialist recruitment services and secure client partnerships
* Negotiate commercial terms and nurture client relationships long-term
* Act as a market advisor, providing strategic recruitment insights to some of Ireland's most innovative companies

Requirements:
* 1+ year in sales or client retention – ideally in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services

* Drive to learn, grow, and progress into leadership
