Project Manager
Permanent Dublin 01-08-2023 Realtime Recruitment is currently searching for a highly skilled IT Project Manager with more than 5 years of experience to join our team in Dublin City Centre for a permanent position. This role involves a hybrid work setup with 3 days on-site required.
Position Overview The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of IT & Infrastructure (including Cloud) projects, involving large-scale systems and infrastructure integration programs, from their inception to their completion, within budget and timelines, while keeping all Stakeholders fully informed.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience
* Proven track record in managing both infrastructure and digital projects.
* Possess certifications in PMP, PRINCE2 & Scrum Master.
* Demonstrated excellent understanding of project management principles.
* Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing projects across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
* Proficient in executing large-scale, high-impact project rollouts to multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring the timely delivery of project objectives within budget and scope.
* Oversee the smooth transition of infrastructure and system changes across applications and services.
* Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and high performance to achieve project success.
* Identify potential risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
* Implement effective change management processes to handle project scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals.
* Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance and adhere to industry best practices.
