The Fish Box in Dingle is looking for a Commis Chef to join our talented team in an award-winning seafood kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting senior chefs with daily preparation and service
* Plating and presenting dishes to a high standard in our award-winning kitchen
* Working with fresh, locally sourced seafood and ingredients
* Supporting all kitchen sections during busy service periods
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
* Learning new techniques and improving your culinary skills
* Working as part of a focused, passionate kitchen team
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for food and presentation
* Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage (but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail, especially when plating dishes
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good teamwork and communication skills

* Eligible to work in Ireland with a PPS number
* Good English communication skills
Work Location: In person - Dingle.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.30-€15.50 per hour
