Zoho CRM Expert (Sales-Focused, Travel Industry Experience a Plus)
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Zoho CRM Expert to join our dynamic team.
This role is essential to optimizing our customer relationship management processes, enhancing sales efficiency, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM customization, automation, data management, and sales reporting, with a strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycles.
Experience in the travel industry is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy and Optimization:
Design, customize, and implement Zoho CRM workflows that align with sales objectives and company goals.
Identify process improvements to streamline lead management, deal tracking, and customer engagement.
Sales Enablement and Automation:
Develop automation workflows to optimize lead nurturing, follow-ups, and deal conversions.
Integrate Zoho CRM with marketing, booking, and financial tools to improve data flow and sales visibility.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.
Create custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and forecasting insights.
Collaboration and Support:
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and conversion strategies.
Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to ensure efficient CRM usage across departments.
Travel Industry Insight (Preferred):
Understand B2C and B2B travel sales processes, including booking cycles, affiliate integrations, and customer retention strategies.
Apply travel sector insights to optimize CRM design and customer journey mapping.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience with a proven ability to manage and optimize complex CRM environments.
Sales Background: Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Zoho CRM modules, automation (Blueprint, Workflow Rules, Deluge scripting), and integrations (Zoho One, APIs, etc.).
Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable insights for sales strategy improvement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
Industry Advantage: Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sector is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
