Project Manager - Limerick
€90,000 - €95,000 + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
An established property developer with operations across Ireland and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a newbuild apartment scheme valued at c. €10m.
The business delivers predominantly residential and mixed use developments and is known for running well organised sites, looking after their people, and maintaining a strong, down to earth site culture.
The Role
No.1 on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
Day to day project management from start to finish
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, ontime, and to spec
Client facing
Requirements
Proven experience working in Irish construction
Background with a main contractor or subcontractor
Strong residential experience (apartments preferred)
Will consider Site Managers / Foreman
