Site Manager (Canada) An opportunity is available for a Site Manager to join the Building Division of one of Canadas largest main contractors, with an annual turnover of approximately $3 billion. This role will focus on high-rise, commercial, healthcare, and educational projects within the Ontario division. We will only consider candidates that have Managed projects valued at €60 MILLION or greater. Responsibilities: Pre-Construction Management: Develop project schedules, evaluate requirements, review contracts, and select subcontractors. Construction Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, manage site logistics, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with stakeholders. Post-Construction Management: Manage warranty work, close accounts, address deficiencies, and oversee site demobilization. Employee and Talent Management: Supervise and mentor direct reports, align HR strategies with business goals, and conduct performance evaluations. Opportunity Management: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
