The Role - 24hr Sales Advisor (Must have weekday availability)
Responsibilities
* Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
* Acting as an ambassador for our Castore brand.
* Always provide excellent customer service.
* Advising and assisting customers.
* Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
* Conducting customer transactions.
* Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.
* Assisting with store deliveries.
* Replenishment of the store.
* Monitor and report on KPIs regularly, e.g. Order in store, E-receipts.
* Identify opportunities for up selling products and add-on sales.
Qualifications
* The ability to thrive in a sales targeted environment.
* The capacity to work alone or as part of a team.
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
* A desire to use your initiative to solve problems.
* Friendly positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.70 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 39 per week
