Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve performance targets, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Analyse workflows, team performance, and operational processes to recommend improvements and increase efficiency.
* Develop and execute strategic plans that support program growth and business objectives.
* Collaborate with other teams and departments to align initiatives, share best practices, and solve challenges.
* Manage program budgets, P&L considerations, and associated business expenses.
* Conduct business reviews and present findings to stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention to maintain a high-performing team.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing day-to-day engagement and program alignment.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
* Take initiative on additional projects and responsibilities to support organisational success.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and another language- Spanish, Italian, French, German or Portuguese
* Proven experience leading teams in a technology, client-focused, or business-driven environment.
* Strong track record of achieving goals and driving team performance.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Skilled at using data and reporting tools to analyse trends and inform decisions.
* Experience collaborating with multiple teams or departments to achieve objectives.
* Strong coaching and mentoring ability to develop team members' skills and capabilities.
* Understanding of project management principles, including planning, time management, and milestone tracking.
* Experience managing budgets and business-related financials.

You'll guide daily operations, support team growth, and play a key role in shaping how the team works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a small team to achieve individual and team goals.
* Monitor team performance using data and reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Analyse workflows and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
* Collaborate with other leaders to share best practices, address challenges, and align team priorities.
* Communicate expectations, updates, and feedback clearly and consistently to the team.
* Prepare reports and performance reviews for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
