Role Overview
The Director of Sustainability will lead ESG and sustainability initiatives in Ireland. This role focuses on reducing environmental impact, promoting sustainable manufacturing practices, and ensuring compliance with international and local ESG standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sustainability strategies and ESG programs for Irish operations.
Drive initiatives on carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, and circular economy practices.
Collaborate with teams across production, supply chain, and R&D to ensure sustainable practices.
Lead community engagement and corporate social responsibility programs.
Monitor and report on sustainability KPIs and ESG outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Irish environmental regulations and global sustainability standards.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of Irish environmental regulations and global ESG frameworks.
Proven ability to drive impactful sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
