Senior Project Manager – Fund Managers
Join our Fund Managers team at LGT Capital Partners to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our fund management capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, leading complex projects from inception through delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Understand business and solution architecture and help shape the target operating model when executing projects.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Elicit and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
Manage external technology providers and drive system selection processes in close collaboration with IMT.
Requirements
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a financial services company or leading consulting firm.
Experience in the asset management industry, particularly fund administration and related systems, is a plus.
In-depth project management, delivery and leadership skills (technical, people, and change management) and Agile certification (Scrum, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent language skills in English (verbal and written) required; German is a plus.
Ability to mediate complex topics between business and technology teams.
Passion for project management with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
Self‑motivated team player with strong analytical and organizational skills.
