Key Responsibilities: Manage residential property sales from instruction to completion. Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings. Arrange and lead property viewings in a professional and engaging manner. Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales efficiently. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations. Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or accounts role. Relevant third-level qualification is desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality. Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications. Full, clean driving licence.
