Claims Handler Position

We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, fairly, and within agreed authority levels.

You will work closely with customers, brokers, and service providers to deliver a positive claims experience, while helping to detect any potential fraudulent claims.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage claims from notification to closure.
">
* Handle phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.
">
* Ensure claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.
">
* Work with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.
">
* Provide technical advice on claims processes and next steps.

Requirements:

* APA qualification
">
* Insurance experience - customer service or sales.
">
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
">
* Ability to work efficiently, meet targets, and ensure high standards.

Job Requirements:

This position requires a strong understanding of claims handling processes and procedures. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and meet targets.

If you have Claims handling experience, your salary can be higher.
">
Location: Hybrid, 2 days on site

Salary: €31,000 - €38,000 DOE
