About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our sales support team. As the heartbeat of our operations, you will play a critical role in managing rental and sales enquiries from healthcare providers and private customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process rental and sales enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Prepare quotes, process orders and payments, and coordinate deliveries
* Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
* Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or in-person
* Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and admin teams to deliver seamless service
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer support role
* Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
