Salary: €36,687 - €39,800
Locations: Dublin City
Work schedule: Monday to Friday with some flexibility required

The purpose of this role is to work as part of the Supported Housing for Youth Team to provide care and support for young people who have experienced homelessness to complete a program and pathway to secure and stable accommodation.
The priority target group will be young people exiting emergency accommodation.
