We are looking for a motivated IT professional to provide onsite support and escalation for enterprise solutions within Manufacturing and R&D. In this role, you will work closely with IT Business Partners and Global IT to ensure systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 support for manufacturing and R&D systems (desktops, OS, antivirus, applications)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring proper documentationSupport integration of manufacturing systems in line with Industry 4.0 standardsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Advanced Operations, and R&DContribute to knowledge base articles and promote shift‑left initiativesEnsure compliance with IT security standards (patching, antivirus, firewall)Participate in global IT projects and support enterprise system adoptionRecommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savingsSupport shop floor systems and machine‑level integrationsContribute to IT operational processes (incident, problem, change, asset management)Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Information Systems or equivalent (preferred)Minimum 2 years of relevant experienceExperience in manufacturing or R&D IT environments is an advantageIndustry 4.0 or Microsoft certifications are a plusStrong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProven ability to influence and work across teamsWhat We’re Looking ForSelf‑driven and able to work independentlyStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to meet deadlines and deliver consistent resultsBe part of a forward‑thinking environment where technology meets manufacturing innovation.
