Responsibilities
* To coordinate the Spa\'s reservations and revenue maximisation strategy on a day to day to-day basis.
* To compile a comprehensive events/demand calendar and update into concept
* To check all Spas offerings and do comparisons on a monthly basis, this is to include day spa
* To ensure all non-residents reservations receive an email confirmation outlining the treatment and cancellation policy
* To call all hotel residents pre arrival two weeks out to reconfirm all aspects of their reservation including spa, golf, dining, leisure activities, bed type, billing information and to upsell extras
* Ensure all confirmations are complete and special requests are catered for
* To ensure during the arrivals process that all dining options are given and reserved for arrival guests.
* To reconfirm all treatments by phone - one week out.
* To attend weekly spa meeting
* To liaise with Spa reception regarding all bookings
* To ensure the correct allocation of treatments to Therapists
* Ensure day spa business is maximised
* Send daily spa report
Qualifications
* Be highly motivated and driven to achieve targets
* Will have excellent negotiation and decision making skills
* Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
* Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
* Will be flexible in their working hours
* Knowledge of Opera is desirable
