Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:

·Preparation and submission of manufacturer claims

·Working with the workshop in ensuring all claims are submitted within deadline

·Outstanding claim reporting and exception reporting.

·Customer invoicing and billing

·Customer invoice queries management

·Debtor management and account reconciliation

·Customer statements

·Creditor management – invoice posting and account reconciliation

·Weekly reports to customers

·Supporting other departments across the company


Key Duties

·Reporting to management on daily/monthly requirements within deadline

·Responding to queries in a timely manner

·Taking responsibility and ownership of tasks

·Ensuring invoicing occurs as per each customer schedule


Essential Requirements

You will have a high level of initiative and flexibility along with the ability to prioritise workload and ideally you possess the following:

·Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in using an ERP system.

·Numeric skills –a strong aptitude for reviewing, assessing and coherently presenting financial information

·An aptitude for hard-work

·Ability to work under pressure within a team environment

·Ability to meet deadlines and targets

·Self motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment

·Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills

·‘Can-do, will do’ attitude
