Project HSE Advisor

Description:
This role is responsible for promoting safe working practices on site and ensuring the implementation of company Health, Safety, and Environmental policy and procedures. Regular site inspections are conducted to monitor compliance with these policies and findings are reported back to relevant personnel.
The project must be provided with all necessary HSE documentation and HSE plans must meet company standards. HSE issues are discussed at project review meetings and clear records are kept to comply with company audit standards.
Assistance is provided to site managers and sub-contractors with risk assessments and evaluations as requested. Relevant training is delivered where appropriate and agreed upon by the Project Manager.
Up-to-date knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation is maintained. Communication, promotion, and demonstration of HSE ethos and concepts are essential.
A role model for safe behavior is expected and other duties may be performed as required.
