One of our clients, a rapidly growing IT company, is looking for a German sales professional to join their team of Account Executives.
You will be the first point of contact in the sales cycle. As a BDR, your initial engagement is crucial to our business success, contributing to the sales and marketing feedback loop.
Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from our software.
2. Partner closely with experienced SMB Account Executives and employ effective prospecting strategies to generate opportunities.
3. Share learnings and best practices within the Outbound team to support your peers' success.
Your Profile/Skillset
* Proficiency in English and German
* At least 1 year of experience in a BDR role (inbound or outbound), preferably selling MarTech or SaaS solutions.
* Experience selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing personas, with strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain.
* Ability to qualify, position, and generate leads.
* Enthusiastic about meeting targets.
* Excellent team player, always ready to go the extra mile.
