Surgical Territory Account Manager (Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction)
In collaboration with our client, we are currently recruiting for a Surgical Territory Account Manager (Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction). This role covers the Dublin/Leinster territory.

Overview
The Territory Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by promoting a range of Surgical Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups within the Dublin/Leinster Territory.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
* In the first year, nurture existing customer relationships, supporting their clinical requirements.
* Develop a deep understanding of the clinical field and become a product expert in spine products.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Grow and manage clinical relationships within the territory.
* Promote the company’s products and solutions in-theatre.
* Educate and demonstrate specific products you are selling.
* Achieve pre-agreed targets and market share in both Key Account Management and New Business Sales environments.
* Attend exhibitions and clinical meetings as required.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the territory, including current customers, business potential, purchasing protocols, competitor activity, and market trends.
* Report monthly on sales activity, prospects, and competitor activity; quarterly on sales performance, territory business plan, and market trends.
* Manage the company's assets within the territory, including inventory, to ensure profitability.
* Follow up on all sales leads and customer inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and provide excellent service.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the client's business to maximize cross-business opportunities within the territory.
Requirements
* At least 3-5 years of experience in orthopaedic surgical device sales with established surgeon relationships.
* Proven sales track record.
* Third-level qualification (minimum: NFQ Level 8, Honours Bachelor Degree).
* Ability to articulate highly technical information to diverse medical professionals, especially at consultant level.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with initiative, dependability, and motivation.
* Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective, collaborative relationships.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of multitasking under time constraints.
* Effective presentation skills.
* Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Full driving license.
