Churchfield Home Services is seeking an External Insulation Supervisor to lead our retrofit installation teams in the Mayo area.
You'll combine hands-on installation with team leadership, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and to Churchfield's exceptional quality standards — helping homeowners achieve warmer, more energy-efficient homes across Ireland.
What You'll Do
* Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
* Plan labour, materials, and sequencing with the Project Manager.
* Carry out enabling works such as altering pipework, lighting, and removing reveals.
* Install insulation boards, fixings, beads, mesh, and base coats in line with system and NSAI S.R. 54:2014 guidelines.
* Install window sills, cappings, and complete all finishing works.
* Apply a variety of render finishes including acrylic, silicone, and dry dash.
* Inspect and sign off works at key stages, ensuring snag-free completion and audit-ready documentation.
* Lead toolbox talks, enforce safe work practices, and promote a positive site culture.
* Mentor operatives and support training for new team members.
* Maintain professional communication with Project Managers, site teams, and homeowners.
What You'll Need
* 2–5 years' experience in external insulation, plastering, or façade systems.
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow drawings and specifications.
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
* Full, clean B driving licence.
* Reliable, professional, and committed to quality and safety.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).

* €23–€27 per hour, depending on experience (weekly pay)
