**Electricity-Supply-Board - Customer Relationship Manager ROI, Ecars
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our ecars team in Ireland. As part of the Electricity-Supply-Board's Net Zero strategy, you will play a critical role in delivering a reliable and fully interoperable EV charging network for customers across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Great Britain.

ESB ecars was established as part of the brighter future strategy and now the Net Zero strategy to support the decarbonisation of the transport industry. Our goal is to deliver 3,000 chargers by the end of 2030, generating €90m in EBITDA over 8 years and deploying up to €300m in capital during this period.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with B2B customers, including fleet, lease holders, roaming partners, and GB contracts.
* Deliver timely and courteous customer service and communications via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, aligning with company policies and brand values.
* Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customers' businesses and needs.
* Support contractual obligations on consumption reports and analysis on B2B contracts.
* Assist with escalated customer queries or issues (fleet and B2B).
Requirements
* 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
* Full driving licence.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Analysing data, problem solving, and decision making.
* Excellent planning and organising skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
