Professional Qualifications Full membership of Chartered Accountants Ireland or ACCA (with Irish audit qualification if statute audit work is offered).
Holds a Practising Certificate to operate in public practice.

Experience Minimum two years of approved post-membership experience in public practice under supervision.
For audit provision: at least three years of audit training, including a minimum of 44 weeks in statutory audit, logged through recognized systems.

Core Competencies Demonstrated in-depth expertise in at least two technical areas: e.g.
Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Tax Advisory, Corporate Planning, Information Systems, or General Management.
Experience preparing or signing statutory audit reports (if audit-qualified), managing client relationships, and overseeing compliance.
4.
Continuing Professional Development CPD requirements maintained over prior compliance period.
Completion of a Practice Orientation or equivalent course within the required timeframe.
5.
Regulatory & Insurance Requirements Meets Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) standards as specified by the regulator.
