Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front-of-house area, including the reception desk, switchboard, and meeting rooms
* Coordinate office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
* Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
* Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
* Support staff with travel bookings and day-to-day requests
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role or as an administrator
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
