About the Role:
As a Senior Structural Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the structural design team in delivering high-quality designs and projects on time. You will oversee the preparation of structural engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports. Additionally, you will perform detailed design reviews, quality checks, and technical approvals. You will also coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and BIM. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, resources, and priorities to deliver within deadlines. You will represent the team in client meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the structural design team
- Oversee the preparation of structural engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Perform detailed design reviews, quality checks, and technical approvals
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and BIM
- Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to deliver within deadlines
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelors or Masters)
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in structural engineering design
- Proficiency using engineering design and drafting software, with the ability to produce detailed, high-standard technical designs and drawings
- Strong working knowledge of Robot, QSE, or similar structural analysis software
