Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Rostering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of staff rotas and staffing requirements.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in rostering and team management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining a complete client service schedule, as well as monitoring caregiver hours and entering data into our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rostering: Organize and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs
* Task Assignment: Assign tasks appropriately based on team members' strengths and skill levels
* Client and CAREGiver Relations: Monitor, mediate, and log concerns from clients and caregivers
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients

Requirements:
* Education: A third-level qualification in Business or Healthcare is preferred but not essential
