Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a facilities team and outsourced work
2. Schedule routine maintenance and repairs
3. Negotiate and manage facilities contracts with contractors and suppliers
4. Evaluate delivery of services to sites
5. Maintain roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and landscaping on premises
6. Plan and supervise facilities-related projects
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field such as facilities management or construction
* Experience in managing a facilities team and maintaining buildings
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel extensively across the country
