We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team.
As the first point of contact for guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
You will contribute to commercial success by selling and handling bookings with efficiency and care, provide sound knowledge on the Glasshouse rooms and services, while confidently upselling to enhance customer experiences.

The Role This is an exciting full-time role that reports to the Reservations Manager, working Mon-Sat with weekly shifts from 8.30am to 5pm or 10am to 6.30pm .
Some flexibility with alternating Saturdays and bank holidays.
You will be working with the Reservations Supervisor and Revenue Manager alongside the Hotel's Teams that are Front Office, Sales, Finance and Operations.
Key responsibilities Handling daily reservation enquiries and convert to booking across phone, email, and third-party platforms with confidence and professionalism.
Maximise occupancy and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and grow revenue across all streams at The Glasshouse Hotel.
Demonstrating an excellent telephone manner and strong computer literacy, pay attention to detail, ensure clear communication and efficient processes Delivering a seamless and efficient reservation experience for every guest.
Building strong relationships with key bookers and corporate clients.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sales Reservations office.
Accurately manage all reservations, including group bookings, meeting events and coordinate effectively with relevant hotel departments.
Collaborating with the Accounts and Reception teams to ensure a consistent approach to customer service.
