Job Overview
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
The role involves developing your team, promoting a culture of change, and driving the success of our ambition to become Ireland's best personal and business bank.
This includes building relationships with key partners, supervising a team undertaking CF3 & CF4 roles, coaching Branch Colleagues on Blackbelt learnings, driving business development, lead generation and cross sales across the team,
and providing excellent customer service throughout their product/financial needs journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coordinate and control the efficient delivery of business objectives in a regulatory compliant manner.
• Develop your team to support targeted Customer Segmentation strategy,
promotional activities,new business opportunities while maintaining positive relationship
it is expected that you will seek ways togrow regulatory-compliant sales in line with requirements as well ensuring clear visibility about branch performance empowered colleagues contributing maximise individual branches within.
